In 2015, Jon and I lived in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica. We are happy we could help the Cuban refugees who were stranded between Costa Rica and Nicaragua. They were so hungry! One Cuban migrant told Nicaraguan newspaper El Nuevo Diario that “most of us have been travelling for more than two months”.
